Good news - the Chartered Governance Professional arrives!

The ICSA (UK) has just announced that it has received approval for the new Chartered Governance Professional qualification, which will join the Chartered Secretary level.

Together with this new designation, the UK has also announced the introduction of the new qualifying programme syllabus, which includes a Foundation Level and intermediary certification, together with a new affiliated membership option.

All to commence in 2019 subject to receiving the final approvals from members, which I'm sure will proceed. This is an extremely positive and professional development by the ICSA, which has undergone a significant change in recent years through the development of a Global body overseeing the various global members, and the move to new premises and a rethink about the branding and focus.
